1. Information I Collect

Personal data: name, job title, organisation, email, phone number, and any details you share about what you’re looking to work on.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies (see section 10).

I do not process payment card details directly. Any purchase of my book or Digital Products is handled entirely by the third-party bookstore or learning platform you buy through, and their own privacy policy applies to that transaction.

2. How I Use Your Data

I process your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver Services, send administrative communications such as invoices and booking confirmations, improve my website through analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

Lawful bases for processing include performance of a contract, your consent, my legitimate interests in improving my services, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

I never sell your personal data. I may share it with service providers who support my business (such as email or payment platforms), professional advisers and legal authorities where required by law, or other third parties where you’ve given consent. Anyone I share data with is required to keep it secure and confidential.

4. Use of AI

I use a secure business AI account to support research, preparation, and content development. This account is not used to train any AI model, and any client data processed through it is handled under this Privacy Policy. I do not enter identifying client information into AI tools without your consent.

5. Contact Form & Marketing Communications

A general enquiry submitted through my website contact form is sent directly to my email. It is not stored in a database on the site, and it does not add you to any mailing list.

Separately, you may opt in to marketing communications, for example through a promotional activity you access via social media or elsewhere. If you do, I will add you to a mailing list and may contact you about my services, content, or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting me at [email protected].

I keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy, meet legal and contractual obligations such as financial records, and allow you to exercise your rights.

Under UK GDPR, you can access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing based on my legitimate interests, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
