These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Superpower Mastery Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”). By booking any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

“Services” means any Training Workshops, Keynote Speeches, or Coaching Sessions provided by us.

“Training Workshops” means half-day tasters, immersive programmes, or bespoke in-house sessions.

“Keynote Speeches” means any of our live or virtual presentations.

“Coaching Sessions” means one-to-one delivered by Nick Lennon-Barrett.

2. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we issue a written confirmation or invoice following your booking request. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Superpower Mastery Ltd.

3. Fees & Payment

• 50 % deposit is due at the time of booking for all Training Workshops and Keynote Speeches. The remaining balance is due 28 days before the event date.

• Coaching Sessions must be paid in full in advance.

• Travel and accommodation expenses incurred by us will be billed at cost and itemised separately.

• Digital products (e.g. e-books, online courses, downloadable resources) require payment in full at point of purchase.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Training Workshops & Keynote Speeches

• Cancellation more than 28 days before the event: full refund of fees.

• Cancellation between 14 and 28 days before the event: 50 % refund of fees.

• Cancellation within 14 days of the event: no refund; 100 % of fees due plus any non-refundable expenses.

Coaching Sessions

• You may reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra cost.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the session fee in full.

Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

• Refunds for digital products will only be issued in accordance with your statutory rights.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing to nick@superpowermastery.com.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the number of participants, venue requirements, and technical needs.

• Ensure any in-house venue is ready, stocked, and accessible at the agreed time.

• Obtain any necessary permissions for recording sessions or distributing materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, presentations, and workbooks provided by us remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials internally. No part may be reproduced, shared, or resold without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep all confidential information shared in connection with these Terms secure and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant Service. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting your data, you consent to such processing and warrant that you have provided any personal data of third parties with their consent.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule the Service.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
